I started training with Alex in January 2019 as I wanted to improve my fitness while also be mindful of a knee injury and niggly neck. She keeps you driven and motivated, pushes you to achieve your best and works with your bodies ability. I always leave a session feeling exhilarated while well exercised! Alex really listens to what you're looking for and since training with her I have improved muscle definition, strength and overall fitness. My knee is remarkable better and I've been able to do more as a result of training with Alex. Her range of training means sessions are always kept interesting and you feel great working with her. She has such a positive and uplifting energy. Would highly recommend if you're looking to achieve your health and fitness goals!
